STA is a premier law firm based in Dubai with offices in Sharjah, Hamriyah, London, Luxembourg, and Moscow. Our practice currently covers a wide range of practice areas. In the United Arab Emirates and other jurisdictions in which we operate, our anti-money laundering standards are based on highest standards. In line with our internal practice, we carry out a detailed identity check of our clients (and where applicable, their true and beneficial owners). Where required pursuant to any local rules or legislation, we comply with conditions set out in such rules and request clients to provide us with appropriate evidence of their identity and such other information as may be required. If any personal data or information is received from individuals, we will retain such personal data only to comply with AML and our internal know your client (KYC) guidelines.
