The HR Assistant is responsible for a broad range of administrative functions with primary focus on support for business support in the areas of onboarding, retention, departures, HR policies, recruitment and support to HR team and their clients.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding of employees, inclusive of conducting orientation, working with conference services to arrange conference space, taking new hire and answering any follow-up questions from new hire employees.
  • Maintain employee personnel files by receiving and filing documents into appropriate repositories. Assists HR team with employee file requests.
  • Coordinate with employment vendor regarding all business support inquiries and questionnaires.
