We at STA are currently looking for Aviation Legal Associate who is willing to work alongside our senior partner and other attorneys in the team who will be supporting the business by the assistance to the intellectual property like trademarks, infotech, corporate governance, litigation, general commercial and corporate work across the clients’ operations with specific focus on information technology and intellectual property projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the clients’ intellectual property registration program working with the legal department members

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to read spectograms and use audio or audio visual softwares to work as forensic transcription consultants and where possible, as support witnesses. Experience using DOMEX or related software is desirable but not necessary

STA works on regular basis on India related business matters for our overseas as well as domestic Indian clients. The current Indian regulatory system does not entitle foreign firms to practice in India. Accordingly, STA manages this in cooperation with the Indian Bar and we work with our proven partners across Mumbai, Delhi and other parts of India.

We are currently seeking a partner within our UAE office that will run the daily technical services of our India Practice Group.
